Below are the steps for installing Windows 8 in your computer :
Select which version of Windows 8 you need to install in your computer. If it is 32 bit or 64 bit select the appropriate download for your system. Now check below for the brief description of the installation procedure of this os.
First of this procedure is to run command prompt in your computer. Just go to start menu and search for “cmd” and when it appears right click on that and select the run as administrator option.
Is now in the command prompt that appears, enter “list disk” to list out all the drives that are connected to your system, both internal hard disk drives and external USB Flash drives. Then you have to select the pen drive or USB Flash drive. It is disc 1.After that, you will have to clean the drive. Enter the command “clean” and then you will have to create a partition. For that enter “create partition primary” and it will complete by creating a partition. Once that is complete to have to select it by entering into it “selects partition 1” and then entering “active” following that to make this partition in the active mode.
Now you have completed setting up your primary partition and made it active. Then you have to format the external Flash drive to NTFS partition. It will complete very fast if you’re having a faster speed in drive. After you have completed this, you need to assign a folder where all the installation files will be stored on your computer. For this tutorial purpose, We extracted all the iso files and stored it under c:/win folder in the system. Now, come out of your default partition and enter “CD WIN”, this will take you inside win folder where we stored all the iso files. Then enter “CD BOOT”.
Once you enter the above command, you have successfully created your bootable USB Flash drive from which you can install Windows 8 os on any netbook or notebook laptops using the option to boot in the start-up. After you complete successful installation, you will get the below start-up screen in your Windows 8 installation.
